What got me on it was genuinely pretty stupid — I couldn’t ever get my head round what an ew payout actually was with 1/5 odds a place. I’d just wing it and moan when the payout landed. Now type the odds in before I place anything, even a simple single bet.
Their single bet calculator is the part I use most — you put in stake and odds and you get profit and total return instantly, either odds format. The thing that genuinely changed how I bet was the more serious extras. There’s an probability calculator and it makes obvious the overround, and a kelly staking calculator — I use half kelly because full kelly is a quick route to a dead bankroll. Dutching calculator is decent when I’m covering two or three runners.
Not all sunshine though. The interface feels a bit basic — not much polish, looks like it was built by someone who cares more about maths than colours. On my phone it works though the lucky 63 breakdown are a squeeze. And no app, just the site — slight shame but worth saying.
So yeah. Doesn’t cost anything, no ads shoved in your face, does the job. Anyone who honestly adds it up in their head, give it a go — saved me plenty of dumb bets I’d have regretted.

Couple of gripes. Its interface feels a bit basic — zero polish, which honestly I don’t mind but some will. On mobile it’s usable though the acca grid make you pinch and zoom. And nothing on the app store, just the site — doesn’t bother me just flagging it.
Anyway. Free, not plastered in adverts, does what it says. If anyone even now works out returns on a calculator app, give it a go — it’s saved me a fair few « wait, that’s it? » moments.
